Junior Payroll Specialist
Responsibilities:
- setting up new customer accounts in the system and resetting employee logins,
- handling bank statements and bank reconciliations,
- taking care of payroll updates and check sheets,
- assisting in sending and checking invoices of local service providers for compliance with the contract,
- preparing applications for funding,
- sending duplicate documentation to employees (pay slip, P60 and P45 and documents from the payroll system),
- filling out forms (64-8 and FBI 2),
- completing data in Excel for submission to IPPEX software,
- checking employment status, completing billing sheet and sales settlement in Excel.
Requirements:
- first experience in accounting or payroll will be an asset,
- communicative knowledge of English,
- previous experience in data processing,
- familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel,
- ability to work under time pressure and set priorities,
- team-oriented attitude.
