For our Client, a global leader in the production industry, we are looking for candidates, who will join the GBS structure and they will take part in migation procesess as Senior AR Analyst with Turkish.

Responsibilities:
  • perform Cash Application Process,
  • perform Customer statement reconciliation,
  • respond to Customer queries regarding their statements and payments,
  • perform other AR reports and control activities,
  • cooperate with local business entities and with other Accounting Teams,
  • provide data and analysis for internal and external audits,
  • actively identify improvement areas and propose new solutions, drive improvement actions,
  • perform quality and performance measures,
  • support transformation and standardization initiatives,
  • transfer new activities from local entities,
  • document processes and transfer knowledge across the team,
  • stakeholders management,
  • take part in transformation of accounting tasks,
  • test and cooperate on implementing new banking configuration for the company.
Requirements:
  • 3 +years of experience in the AR/OTC area in SSC or BPO structures,
  • degree in finance and accounting or economy would be an asset,
  • very good command in English and Turkish,
  • strong analytical skills and problem-solving attitude,
  • advanced knowledge of SAP system and MS Office,
  • experience in migration of finance processes will be an asset.
