Purchasing Specialist with Italian
Responsibilities:
- Confirming orders in the system,
- Coordinating and performing testing activities in SAP SRM,
- Monitoring the timely delivery and verifying purchase invoices,
- Analyzing and solving user requests,
- Cooperation with the sales and accounting departments,
- Entering customer data into the internal system,
- Releasing reviewed and approved purchase orders to suppliers.
Requirements:
- Very good knowledge of English,
- Very good knowledge of Italian,
- Knowledge of SAP SRM will be a plus,
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal,
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Power Point),
- Strong organizational and time management skills,
