O2C Associate Manager with English- Gdańsk or remote

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

• Strategic planning of team's operational tactics and priorities to ensure timely delivery of expected metrics
• Client and internal stakeholder management, including escalation management, being a primary point of contact for the client as reliable process owner
• Anticipation of operational people risks and building effective and timely mitigation plans
• Driving people agenda to maximize team s engagement, development and retention
• Coaching and guidance for team members, most importantly to team leads
• Cooperation with internal and external global teams to align the process to Client s needs
• Driving improvement and transformation agenda
• Driving process excellence awareness and approach in the team
• Driving data protection policies and approach in the team

WHAT DO WE EXPECT:

• 5 years of experience in Order to Cash end to end process.
• Expertise expected to coach and guide the team to drive operational results and process improvements and transformation
• Considerable experience in project management, process excellence and career counseling
• Strategic thinking and vision to be able to prioritize and build process improvement and transformation glide patch
• Strong execution to drive timely actions and deliver expected outcomes
• Excellent presentation skills to moderate client communication, both face to face as well as remote calls, emails, presentations
• Fluent in English
• Very good Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills
• High work ethics
