Internal Communication:
- Working in collaboration with a diverse staff team to create Internal Campaigns & ensuring highest level of center level communication
- Providing editorial support as well as distribution of internal communication including company memos, regular newsletters etc.
- Acting as a point of contact for Leadership communication
- Preparing and overseeing graphical materials for communication and digital signate purposes
- Coordinating, developing, and improving internal communication channels
- Developing new communication strategies based on peoples and Leadership feedback and self-analysis
- Coordinating creation of video materials for internal and external purposes in cooperation with video editors, supporting with script writing and concept creation
Events Coordination:
- Preparation of detailed event proposals & plans (timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets)
- Cooperation with external agencies in organizing company events, conducting venue research and negotiating prices
- Liaising with Marketing & Communication Team to promote the event across organization
- Coordinating with local Leadership to ensure disciplined execution of pre-event planning, e.g. organizing agenda & speakers
- Proposing improvements & lessons learnt based on post-event evaluation and feedback from participants
Social Media:
- Managing social media content of top business services company on the market – ensuring highest level of content posted, preparing graphical and text copy materials.
Project Management
- Providing project management support for various internal initiatives/long-term and short-term projects
Job Qualifications:
- Have experience in developing and executing, effective internal communication strategy
- Expert in terms of internal communication and tools like Sharepoint, Yammer
- Know comms support and professional advisory within the organisation
- Can create engaging content for employees, know how to make our internal communication "easy to read"
- Support company projects in terms of their communication, including strategy and communication plan
- Think creatively and know how to produce new ideas and concepts
- Know Ms Office, photoshop/illustrator as nice to have
