Shell, global market leader with 113 years of experience in energy supply and transition, is looking to power on our logistic department with new team player.
In Shell Commercial Road Transport, we are on the mission to help keep heavy-duty fleets on the road by delivering progress at every turn and offer tailored customer solutions. With us, you can advance your career, develop and implement strategies and challenge yourself as consultant.
As a Commercial Specialist SOTR you will:

Assist our clients in resolving complex operational requests via phone/mail

Ensure delivery of customer inventory (device processing, shipment control, master data set-up, troubleshooting)

Support business with your expertise and consult on closing deals

Manage your own customer portfolio and be representative of the company during official travels or online trainings

Drive customers into digitalized age supporting development of innovative tools

Get unique knowledge and use your expertise to complete strategic business projects

Interact with native speakers from all around the world on daily basis
Our requirements
- Fluent Czech or Slovak (C1/C2),
- advanced English (B2) both in writing as well as oral,
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Logistic, Linguistic or Business related preferable)
- Excellent communication, sales and relationship building skills
- Continuous improvement and strategic mindset
- Ability to work both in the team as well as independent
- Previous experience in Logistics, Customer service, Commercial or Sales role would be an asset
- Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office, MS Teams) and the ability to navigate and use software required
