WHAT’S THE ROLE?

Our Graduate Programme is a rigorous development framework of specific competences, business-critical capabilities, and critical experiences that will enable you to become a competitive professional by the end of your 3-year programme.

Right from the start, you will be given a challenging hands-on role, working in a diverse, global environment. You will be supervised and mentored with frequent reviews as part of a structured development programme. You will also be learning alongside brilliant people from all over the world, with the resources and support to explore new ways of thinking and working – all in all, an unbeatable experience.

We know that learning is key to developing yourself both personally and professionally. The graduate programme encompasses a learning framework that includes internal and external courses, as well as on-the-job learning, designed to help you gain the skills you need to succeed.

We are currently hiring for the following teams and cities:

 

Kraków:

  • Contracting & Procurement –

    • CP Analyst - In this role, you will be responsible for: execution of contract strategy; tactics and contract management activities; looking for vendors; negotiations; extracting value out of every contract or deal; creating purchase order requisitions

  • Customer Operations –

    • Customer Operation’s purpose is to deliver best in market customer experience and business value, at an affordable cost. In this role, you will be responsible for: coordination of projects, ensuring all necessary stake holders are involved and that their expectations are managed, proper communication and engagement with business stakeholders and other departments, working within the Scrum Framework and is part of the Scrum Development team

Warsaw:

  • Commercial Road Transport

    • The sector covers companies whose main business is goods transport on the road, predominantly with heavy duty vehicles. Globally, the Commercial Road Transport sector holds the key to successfully decarbonizing our economies and reducing its CO2 emissions fast is BOTH critically important for reaching the world's climate targets AND allowing Shell to continue to generate value with our customers. The Market Analyst role is crucial to the delivery and execution of CRT strategy to the local markets. A market analyst is responsible for examining relevant information that will aid the CRT organization to make informed decisions on market strategy including decarbonization. The Market Analyst will be responsible for assessing market & competitors’ information

    • Additionally, we expect you to: be technically proficient in use of databases and be able to effectively identify what data from this system will be useful to determine commercial actions

    • The travel requirement for this role is moderate with virtual engagements some f2f customer/market/partner visits.

Successful candidates are expected to start between May - August 2023.

Successful candidates would:

  • Be eligible to work in Poland.
  • Be able to speak English fluently.
  • Be at least a bachelor’s degree graduate and may have work experience of up to 3 years only.
  • Be able to talk to people face to face for negotiations and looking for vendors.
  • Have a commercial mindset.
  • Have digital skills or the willingness to learn multiple digital tools.
  • Have a learner mindset.
  • Have problem solving skills.
  • Be assertive and curious.
  • Be data driven and have strong research abilities.
