Responsibilities:
  • manage the accounting team with the objective to constantly improve its efficiency,
  • people management activities: conducting recruitment with new talent, determinate indvidual and team goals, giving feedbacks, conduct employee assessments to ensure further development of employees,
  • coordinate accounting period closing activities,
  • update process documents and accounting procedures,
  • take part in finance project improvement and standardizes recorded processes in order to increase efficiency and satisfaction of the internal Customers,
  • verify accounting documents from entities served,
  • checks the general ledger entries with subsidiary ledgers and reconciliation of the general accounts,
  • delivers data and analyses for audit reasons,
  • reports according to the internal requirements of the company,
  • optionally participates in work shadowing in assigned units.
Requirements:
  • 1,5 + years of RTR team management experience,
  • strong experience in General Ledger Accounting,
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting or equivalent,
  • fluent in English (written and oral), other foreign languages would be an asset,
  • very good knowledge of SAP ERP,
  • qualified Accountant (CA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) will be an asset,
  • effectively communicate vision, strategy, goals and progress,
  • develops people; provides challenging assignments and coaching,
  • organizational skills, open-minded and receptive to change.
