Responsibilities:
- manage the accounting team with the objective to constantly improve its efficiency,
- people management activities: conducting recruitment with new talent, determinate indvidual and team goals, giving feedbacks, conduct employee assessments to ensure further development of employees,
- coordinate accounting period closing activities,
- update process documents and accounting procedures,
- take part in finance project improvement and standardizes recorded processes in order to increase efficiency and satisfaction of the internal Customers,
- verify accounting documents from entities served,
- checks the general ledger entries with subsidiary ledgers and reconciliation of the general accounts,
- delivers data and analyses for audit reasons,
- reports according to the internal requirements of the company,
- optionally participates in work shadowing in assigned units.
Requirements:
- 1,5 + years of RTR team management experience,
- strong experience in General Ledger Accounting,
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting or equivalent,
- fluent in English (written and oral), other foreign languages would be an asset,
- very good knowledge of SAP ERP,
- qualified Accountant (CA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) will be an asset,
- effectively communicate vision, strategy, goals and progress,
- develops people; provides challenging assignments and coaching,
- organizational skills, open-minded and receptive to change.
