PwC’s Business Intelligence & Data Team is a dynamic team working on developing Business Intelligence tools, Data Warehousing, Process Mining and Data Analytics related solutions for both Polish and international clients, supporting them in the improvement of their decision making processes.

Process Mining Team Manager

In this position you will be involved in Process Mining projects aiming at data-driven process analytics to help clients to optimize their operations and achieve business process excellence, with the responsibilities including, among others:

• Managing a team of consultants and be responsible for their development and growth;

• Delivery of complex Process Mining analysis, using cutting-edge technology (e.g. Celonis, Signavio, PowerBI) in a form of consulting project as well as on-site client implementation;

• Development of analytical tools for enabling powerful data-driven process analysis (data visualization);

• Analysis of data sources (eg. transactional databases like SAP) to identify data scope for process model and eventlog design;

• Data transformation and modeling aiming at process data model development;

• Conducting analysis to identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks and pain points in order to draw conclusions and develop process improvements recommendations;

• Helping in management and delivery of large scale projects for external clients;

We are looking for the candidates experienced in a couple of the following areas: 

• Experience in managing a team of various seniority levels;

• Great understanding of Process Mining concept;

• Hands-on experience with Process Mining technology - Celonis preferably;

• Knowledge of other leading commercial or academic Process Mining technologies like Signavio, PAFnow, Disco, Prom, process.science would be an advantage;

• Familiar with data visualization technologies (e.g. PowerBI, Qlik Sense, Tableau) and data querying technologies (e.g. SQL);

• Understanding of data modeling principles, databases and ETL solutions;

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills - necessary in everyday cooperation with clients and international teams;

• Ability to solve complex problems;

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – in Polish and English.
