Job description:
- Responsibility for the preparation and implementation of a strategy aimed at establishing contacts and acquiring new clients, and developing cooperation with existing clients from APAC area;
- Developing a marketing strategy for a given area of clients;
- Establishing new relationships with customers and developing relationships with existing customers assigned to their area;
- Acquiring new customers locally and supporting their acquisition at the level of the BNP Paribas Group;
- Responsibility for cooperation with Corporate Centers and Product Lines in the area of strategy implementation for international corporate clients from the assigned area;
- Active representation of the Bank in the field of information flow and in relations with entities outside the Bank in the area of international clients;
- Establishing and maintaining relations with external entities supporting the business activity of international entities in Poland (including chambers of commerce, associations, etc.), bearing in mind the business and image nature of these relations;
- Gathering information on global and local relationships with prospects;
- Joint responsibility for the quality of the loan portfolio;
- Cooperation with foreign branches of BNPP in the area of creating business plans for the development of cooperation with clients, providing information on the Bank's organization and offer locally in the area of international clients, in particular in the assigned area;
- Supporting the local implementation of BNPP group solutions / regulations.
Requirements:
- Higher education in economics / finance / law;
- 10 years of professional experience in banks, other financial institutions or consulting companies;
- Extensive experience in managing relationships with corporate clients (including the key account management model);
- Knowledge of corporate risk analysis and management;
- Very good knowledge of credit products (including structured solutions);
- Very good knowledge of transactional banking products and market risk management;
- Developed sales and negotiation skills;
- Business maturity;
- High competence in establishing new business relationships and acquiring customers and transactions, communication skills, creativity in working with clients and employees of the bank and BNP Paribas group around the world;
- Openness to frequent business trips
- Ability to represent the bank through speeches, participation in official events, the ability to do business in a multicultural environment;
- Fluent knowledge of written and spoken English and Korean, knowledge of other languages will be an advantage.
