Salesforce Platform Lead

We are looking for a Salesforce Platform Lead to be part of design authority team, supporting international teams and taking responsibility on assigned design areas.

Detailed responsibilities:

• Being part of a team defining and maintaining Salesforce delivery standards and overall platform governance

• Helping delivery teams to solve cross team dependency issues and remove technical road blocks

• Creating technical design for solutions according to Salesforce best practices

• Leading development of IT solutions on Salesforce platform applying best practice of design patterns (with ability to utilize Salesforce built-in functionalities)

• Supervision of DevOps and development process

• Presentations of designs and implemented solutions to customers

• Agreeing and presenting deployment plans for C-Level Customer stakeholders
   

Expectations:

• 5+ years’ experience in IT commercial projects (on various positions)

• 2+ years’ experience in Solution Architect/Technical Architect role

• Very good understanding of CRM systems

• Broad range of technical knowledge especially in system architecture area

• Experience in working on international projects in the role of the Solution Architect or Lead Developer

• Experience with Salesforce Unmanaged and Managed Packaging

• Hands-on experience in DevOps and CI/CD

• Experience with release management is an additional advantage

• Understanding of business processes in financial and/or insurance sector is a plus

• Open minded seeking for innovative solutions

• Self-Starter Attitude

• Very good spoken and written English
