Finance Analyst (Topline Consolidation)

Overview

The analyst role will be responsible for performing various monthly processes such as facilitating the IBP processes and performing month end close activities. Furthermore the role will be a SPOC for any Topline reporting questions.
Responsibilities
- Perform the Topline reconciliation between SAP and Mosaic
- Be the "go to" person for any technical Topline questions (Pre-Mosaic, Mosaic, SAP)
- Timely manage and inform relevant stakeholders during the close
- Prepare standardized reporting for Sales Finance
- Loading forecasting cycle data into Alteryx / Mosaic
- Facilitate the process with demand planning on a regular basis
- Support for bi-weekly forecast session with Leadership Team
- Collect and consolidate data sets, load PxF scenarios in Mosaic
Qualifications
- Around 2 years of experience in Finance
- General understanding of finance applications (Mosaic, SAP, TPM)
- Full working proficiency in English (written&spoken)
- Ability to leverage technology resources against business priorities
- "Can-do" attitude and a willingness to take on significant challenges
- Ability to manage your own agenda and working autonomously
