Who we are looking for
- min. 7 years of experience in full accounting, including min. 3 years of experience in team management
- higher education - economics, finance and accounting
- very good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel)
- very good knowledge of tax law (especially in the field of VAT and CIT) as well as accounting and financial reporting
- strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish (required)
- experience in team management (delegation, work supervision)
- experience in accounting and tax services – as an additional advantage
- developed organizational and time management skills, independence, multitasking
- flexibility and problem-solving skills
Your future role
- managing a team of junior and senior accountants
- organization and responsibility for all work related to projects carried out for the client, including supervision of the process of entering accounting data, analysis of tax aspects of individual transactions; finalization of accounting and tax reporting, m.in. financial statements, CIT and VAT declarations, management reports, reporting to the NBP and GUS, etc.
- contact with clients in order to effectively provide accounting services and tax settlements
- active building of relationships with client
