For our Client, an international manufacturing company with an office located in Kraków, we are looking for candidates interested in the position of Customer Service Specialist with French. As part of this role, you will be responsible for solving various customer queries and accurately processing orders.

Responsibilities:
- taking care of and building close relationships with clients, responding to their queries in a timely manner,
- managing end-to-end order management process (creating and processing orders in the system, verifying pricing and availability, processing necessary documents, monitoring shipping status),
- cooperating closely with other internal departments (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.),
- ensuring customer and order data is maintained in the system in line with company and quality standards.
Requirements:
- fluent English and French (at least B2),
- min. 1–2 years of experience in Order Management, Supply Chain, Customer Service etc.,
- previous experience with SAP will be an asset,
- excellent communication and customer service skills,
- ability to prioritize workload.
