What will You do:

Responsible for timely cash collection for the assigned portfolio of clients calls, emails, dunning letters, etc.

Forecasting cash, risks, opportunities, past due level

Building long term relationship with regional Sales, Finance, and Customer Service departments

Reporting collection activities and presenting progress of debt collection
-
Helping in resolution of disputes
What we expect from You:

Fluent Swedish and English - written and oral (B2 minimum)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
MS Office Excel skills
-
Experience in Customer Service, phone contact with customers, complaints solving, or cash collecting would be an asset
