
ESG Data Control Specialist
Recruitment process for this position and onboarding trainings are conducted online.
What do you need to start?
- 5 and 10 years’ experience;
- Background university diploma in finance and economic or law with proven ability to manage data;
- Previous experience in internal control or audit field is helpful but not mandatory;
- Capacity to exchange with different Group functions (which are responsible for their own reporting);
- Capacity to manage multiple interaction with external auditors intervening on ESG topics for différents Teams;
- Knowledge of legal and compliance methods, principles, standards, processes and systems around ESG field (such as UNGC, GRI, CSRD and associated Taxonomy);
- Capacity to interpret a large amount of data;
- Strong organizational skills to keep accurate records and documentation of investigations and ESG Controls;
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing laws, regulations and compliance standards in a fast-paced environment;
- Few travels are expected in France & India notably.
What duties will help you grow?
The ESG 2nd Level Control Analyst will have to perform the 2nd level controls dedicated to ESGESG reporting only for Group Compliance under the supervision and oversight of the Senior Compliance Monitoring Officer. The following responsibilities are expected:
- Assist with the design and update as necessary C2N to be conducted by Group Compliance to ensure robustness of the Duty of Care framework and ESG reporting to reach out the level of insurance expected by the applicable regulation;
- Perform the ESG C2N on a recurring basis defined in the Compliance Roadmap;
- Support the Central Team with any tasks related to the performance of ESG controls (ie training, designing schedule & methodology, putting in place & updating KPIs/dashboards, etc);
- Contribute to the preparation of necessary action/mitigation plans as a result, as well as contribute to the risk assessment process (at Group level and in countries) based on internal control/compliance audit/internal audit findings;
- Intervene on punctual tasks related to other Compliance field that the Senior Compliance Monitoring Officer may request;
- Support the implementation and management of IT tool required for the performance of controls.
- To be noted that, these ESG C2N aim at verifying that the different reporting realized by CAPGMENI for the public and for the Regulators are reliable and the data contained are issued from trusted source across the Group.
