In the role of VAT Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing VAT declarations in the EU region and related documentation. You will also support tax audits and cooperate with Financial Controllers.
Ensuring that all government returns such as VAT, Intrastat, EC Sales Lists and other related reports are duly prepared would be one of the main daily operations.
As part of an EMEA team, you will support indirect tax audits and cooperate with external tax advisors and Financial Controllers in the region. In addition, you will work closely with the external teams in reconciliation and other indirect tax reporting matters.

With experience in VAT reporting in a multinational company and university professional qualification in accounting and tax or related area, you possess the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your field. Your exceptional English verbal and written communication skills allow you to communicate effectively at all levels.
Your good knowledge of indirect tax accounting and reporting will enable you to act as a focal point providing source information and driving the tax reporting process. Working knowledge of tax accounting rules and requirements under US GAAP and IFRS would be an asset.
You thrive in a changing and dynamic work environment, and you eagerly accept stretch goals. Your strong and consistent experience in interpreting and articulating complex tax matters will be essential to get up to speed with our processes.
This role is offered as a hybrid position, from the Krakow Office.
