Sustainability Manager

We work in a hybrid model! Recruitment process for this position and onboarding trainings are conducted online.

Your daily tasks:

• Elaboration and execution of new business models in the sustainability sector as well as assessment of existing business models for the integration of sustainability aspects
• Further development, expansion, and establishment of the Sustainability division at Capgemini Invent Poland
• Multi-disciplinary collaboration with industry sectors such as Energy & Utilities, Financial Services, Consumer Products, Retail, Public Sector, Insurance, and Automotive for the development and scaling of customized solutions in the sustainability field.
• Expansion of the company-wide sustainability network

Our expectations:

• Demonstrated sustainability expertise and enthusiasm for at least one of the following areas: design and implementation of decarbonization strategies, GHG accounting, circular economy, sustainability regulations (CSRD, LKSG, etc.), biodiversity, implementation of ESG initiatives along the supply or value chain such as ethics and integrity programs.
• Several years of consulting and/or industry experience in the sustainability field within Automotive, Consumer Products, Retail, Manufacturing, Energy & Utilities, Chemistry and Pharma, Agriculture, or consulting firms and institutes
• Initial experience in (partial) project management of complex strategy and transformation projects and leadership of interdisciplinary teams
• Strong affinity for digital technologies at the interface between production / supply chain and sustainability
• Knowledge in MES/ERP systems or IoT as well as (Agile) project management certifications helpful
• An above-average degree in Business Economics, Business Engineering, or in a field with a sustainability focus
• Enjoyment of combining strategic analysis and implementation work as well as the ability to think conceptually, analytically, and creatively. High intrinsic motivation and sense of responsibility, as sustainability is a topic close to your heart.
• High reliability, team spirit, and a mindset for a globally leading management consulting firm.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills as well as excellent MS Office knowledge. Excellent German and English language skills
