What you will be doing?

Within the COE, the GHO FP&A Senior Advisor role is part of the Global Planning & Performance FP&A team and is responsible for providing high-quality FP&A activity for global purposes to the Group Leadership and Executive Committee.

This role involves process management, interfacing with Business Unit FP&A teams, reporting, process improvement, and digital tool development, providing unique insights into group results and business drivers for career growth. The role is an excellent career-building role that gives you rare insight not commonly possible at this level or within the Polish market.

Collaborating across teams- Controllers & GBS, this role ensures seamless finance delivery by utilizing technology, establishing solid processes, and adapting to standard procedures. The core responsibilities of FP&A involve financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making within an organization.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Group FP&A, you'll play a vital role in enhancing FP&A processes, requiring strong soft skills to foster collaboration, an enterprise-oriented mindset, and a commitment to continuous learning as your daily approach.

Join us if you're passionate about enhancing processes, possess proven process improvement or project management expertise, strong technical skills including Excel and PowerBI, and preferably experience in complex global settings, with TM1/Cognos and SAP knowledge being a plus.

What will you need to be successful?

  • At least 10 years of experience ideally with a combination of process (RTR etc) and partnering experiences, ideally within a multinational environment
  • ACCA/ACA/CIMA membership or progressing student
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Business Finance experience
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written). C1
  • Advanced skills in systems especially Excel and PowerBI, preferably with knowledge of MS Power suite (PowerQuery etc) would be additional asset
