This role is part of the Global Quality and Continuous Improvement Team, a supporting function for the ABB Global Business Services in the HR area. The scope of the role includes supporting the Operational Teams in the GBS HR Operations Hubs and all the respective regional Front Offices in the countries, as well as the Regional and Global GBS HR Operations Leadership Team to ensure implementation of Knowledge Management framework, standards and processes within GBS HR Operations.

Your responsibilities

• Manage annual SOP Lifecycle Process within GBS HR Operations (including SOPs, Process Maps and any Supporting Documentations and Instructions)
• Define, develop and maintain GBS HR Operations Asset Inventories as well as other SOP related frameworks and processes
• Define and ensure proper implementation of content capturing guidelines and adherence to branding and master data document standards
• Develop and maintain Knowledge Management systems and tools to store information required to retain knowledge within GBS HR Operations
• Support any ongoing initiatives and projects with impact on the SOPs and Process Maps to improve the specific frameworks
• Provide trainings and support on Knowledge Management processes and tools required for GBS HR Operations team members
• Cooperate with other Regional and Global stakeholders to ensure standardized and aligned approach in the Knowledge Management area within GBS HR Operations

Your background

• 1-2 years of operational working experience in a Shared Service environment
• Experience in business process mapping is a plus
• Adonis system functionality knowledge is a plus
• Good knowledge of various MS Office pack elements
• Fluent English skills in writing and speaking
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of stakeholders, managers, and subject matter experts
• High degree of structure and self-organization, independent worker, deadline focused, and attention to detail
• Collaborative working style appreciating the inclusion of geographies, levels, functions, and cultures
