For one of our Clients, an international service company, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Recruitment Team Leader.

Responsibilities:
  • leading and mentoring a recruitment team, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment processes,
  • conducting end-to-end recruitment processes and supporting our clients if needed,
  • coordination of the recruitment process at every stage, contact with candidates and Hiring Managers,
  • being a trusted advisor for Hiring Managers at every stage of the recruitment process,
  • identifying and selecting Candidates through active/direct search (sourcing on LinkedIn, etc.),
  • preparing the Candidates' recommendations,
  • taking good care of the Candidate's experience throughout the whole recruitment process,
  • search and implementation of new strategies for acquiring and selecting candidates,
  • participation in the Employer Branding activities,
  • taking care of the Candidate's data in ATS and internal HRM system,
  • participation in reporting and market mapping projects.
Requirements:
  • availability of work from the office in Warsaw or Wroclaw,
  • experience in leading end-to-end recruitment processes, preferably in various business sectors,
  • business fluency in English and Polish, both spoken and written,
  • experience in various sourcing strategies and methods,
  • strong communication and collaboration skills,
  • effective work organization,
  • knowledge of German is welcome.
