Your responsibilities
- Supervision of accurate and correct processing of incoming and outgoing payments as well as bank accounts reconciliations and reporting of cash flow correspondingly with group instructions
- Effective management of Payment Factory Team to ensure timetable and maximum operations efficiency in periods of high and very low intensity of work
- Communicate the company’s goals & objectives into manageable tasks for the team and ensure full understanding among them
- Optimizing processes, analyzing of clients complains and conducting preventive actions for the future references
- Participating in projects roll outs, training & supporting SSC in new process improvements.
- Identifying Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements within SSC and support them to increase performance
Our requirements
- Min. 4 years of work experience within Finance departmen, preferably in SSC / BPO,
- Experience in Finance process transitions and its description in ISSC DSV or the previous company
- Knowledge of English at least at level C1
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Knowledge of SAP and OCR tools
- Ability to effectively engage and motivate employees
- Understanding employees development needs and active supporting of their realisation,
- Leadership authority and team spirit - cooperation
- Ability to effectively deliver business aims
- Ability to promote innovation and mobilize employees in the process of change implementation

- to the extent indicated in point d) your data will be kept during the period of limitation of claims resulting from legal provisions, as well as for the period in which the regulations require us to store data;
- to the extent indicated in point e) your personal data will be kept for a period of 12 months from the date of consent.
6. You have the right to request from DSV ISS access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing or to object to processing as well as the right to data portability. You have also the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
7. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (address: Stawki 2, Warsaw).
8. Providing personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Labor Code is a condition for taking part in a recruitment process. In the remaining scope, providing personal data is voluntary.
9. Your personal data are not be a subject of automated decision-making including profiling.
