IS Application Manager (flexible location)

In this role you will be responsible to work with Product Managers, Users, Sales Management and Suppliers to ensure that Sales Support Systems have appropriate functionality and quality to enable the sales organization to better meet their goals. Within the Sales Support Systems development life cycle, Care Application Manager performs a liaison function between the business side and the providers of IT services.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of Sales Support Systems
• Work with a variety of different teams including developers, designers, quality assurance specialists, etc., to ensure that
• the Sales Support Systems meets the Users needs and expectations
• Responsible to align the tool with the sales process, sales initiatives, other tools and sales KPIs.
• Capture users needs for improvements and ensure the application is utilized globally according to plans across countries

Your background

• Master degree in Information Technology
• IT/IS experience in global companies
• Experience with global IT tools deployment/operation
• 5-7 years in a global environment
• Customer oriented and result driven
• Project manager and leadership skills
• Good knowledge of English
• It is an advantage if you have experience in robotics, sales, on-line eBusiness
