What will you do:

Performing root cause analysis on customer issues leading to resolution (IoT area) using multiple tools and programs

Solve customer complaints as a priority within agreed time and with highest quality

Initiate and coordinate communication with different interface partners on complex topics till final resolution

Update client knowledge base with ready solutions and process improvements
-
Support in finding similar error patterns and fields for improvement

Experience in working with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is a must

Experience in working on reports, sorting and analyzing data (knowledge of reporting tools such as Tableau is nice to have)

Experience in using a ticketing system, for example Salesforce

Good communication and presentation skills as well as a proactive attitude

High proficiency in English (C1 level) is a must
