As a Team Leader in the Accounts Payable Department, you will be responsible mainly for:
- Supporting and or participating in migration of business processes from European countries to SSC
- Leading the AP Team dedicated to assigned language regions, own the learning and development of team members
- Owning and improving the AP processes
- Being the first point of escalation for AP related issues
- Being accountable for AP Operations Targets KPI s within the assigned region
WHAT DO WE EXPECT:
- Vast knowledge of Accounts Payable processes i.e. Invoice Processing, VHD, Reconciliation of vendor accounts etc.
- Experience in working for SSC providing PTP service to clients for this type of organization
- Experience in managing AP teams in a shared service center will be an asset. TL back up experience required
- Strong Client Relationship management skills
- Experience handling client call
- Knowledge of SAP and other systems as an advantage
- Ability to communicate effectively and exceptionally good interpersonal skills
- Availability to work in 50/50 hybrid mode from office in Warsaw
