For one of our Clients, an international manufacturing company, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Team Leader of the People Services team with knowledge of English and German.
HR Operations Team Lead with German
Responsibilities:
- coordinating the work of the people services team (developing, motivating, and responding to objectives),
- monitoring staff productivity, analysing key operational indicators,
- conducting effective team meetings and assisting subordinates,
- providing employees with feedback, coaching and counselling,
- taking care of the candidate experience, monitoring quality and building satisfaction,
- increasing employee satisfaction through open communication,
- responsibility for HR processes and activities related to the entire employee life cycle,
- building and maintaining good business relationships with leaders and employees,
- ensuring compliance with regulations and internal HR policies,
- identifying areas for improvement to streamline work.
Requirements:
- experience of operational work in human resources or in hr administration,
- knowledge of hr processes and current labour law,
- fluency in English and German,
- first experience in team coordination,
- a degree in hr, administration or labour law,
- goal-oriented,
- problem-solving skills,
- strong communication skills.
