Responsibilities:
  • coordinating the work of the people services team (developing, motivating, and responding to objectives),
  • monitoring staff productivity, analysing key operational indicators, 
  • conducting effective team meetings and assisting subordinates, 
  • providing employees with feedback, coaching and counselling, 
  • taking care of the candidate experience, monitoring quality and building satisfaction, 
  • increasing employee satisfaction through open communication,
  • responsibility for HR processes and activities related to the entire employee life cycle, 
  • building and maintaining good business relationships with leaders and employees,
  • ensuring compliance with regulations and internal HR policies, 
  • identifying areas for improvement to streamline work.
Requirements:
  • experience of operational work in human resources or in hr administration,
  • knowledge of hr processes and current labour law, 
  • fluency in English and German,
  • first experience in team coordination, 
  • a degree in hr, administration or labour law,
  • goal-oriented, 
  • problem-solving skills, 
  • strong communication skills.
