Cash Management Accountant

We are looking for skilled Cash Management Accountant to join our amazing team located in Gdansk, Poland.
Responsibilities
Bank payment processing, including:
- Generating payments list based on approved invoices and due dates
- Entering them into the banking system, coordination of approvals
- Posting bank payments to AP ledgers
Bank statements accounting according to Hempel rules, including calculation and posting of:
- Payments to suppliers / other liabilities
- Eurocard statement
- Currency bank revaluations
- Other transactions
Reconciliation of subledgers and other accounts including perioding postings
- Maintaining proper documentation for the above
- Performing month end closing activities
- Performing relevant controls (e.g. Impero controls)
- Timely and accurate bank reconciliations, including a proactive approach to resolving unidentified payments
Qualifications and competences
- University degree preferable in Finance or Accounting
- Min 1 year of experience in accounting
- Good level of English (written and spoken) - level B2
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
- Experience working in the international environment will be an asset
- Organizational skills and accuracy
- Friendly and proactive personality

Additional details
Our office is located in Gdansk, Poland. We are offering hybrid working model. For this role candidate would need to have a valid passport (passport to set up appropriate access in banking system).
