IT Application: Assignment Pro Super User

The AssignmentPro Super User helps support this mission statement at an administrative level. Working closely with the Global Mobility Project Manager providing technical and administrative support on the implementation and maintenance of AssignmentPro.

Your responsibilities

• Business support: first point of contact for ABB’s internal users and Equus support team
• Conduct initial troubleshooting and debugging of issues
• Ongoing maintenance and updates in the system
• Manage the governance of requested changes (business case, impact, risk assessment, implementation)
• Configuration of Widgets, Quick workflows, new Lookup (drop-down) values, custom fields, importing data to calculation tables
• Quality Assurance: Testing for new configurations
• Conduct trainings for the adoption of new functionality or significant changes
• Raise, manage, and oversee support tickets
• Maintain relationship with Equus’ ecosystem team

Your background

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Proficient in using the AssignmentPro or similar system
• Excellent IT skills and a strong interest in IT matters; SQL knowledge and skills would be desired
• Excellent MS Office (Word, Power Point) skills; specifically high level of Excel knowledge
• Knowledge of global mobility matters required
• Analytical thinking and detailed oriented with exceptional organizational skills
• Strong communication skills in English
