Our Internal Business Application Centre (IBACentre) team offers you the opportunity to support our core business functions by implementing applications that enable more efficient work and the delivery of top-notch services. Our team focuses on managing core and global business applications, ensuring their continuous operation, handling customer relationships, and incidents with precision

Currently we are looking for:

Junior Oracle Analyst


Your future role

  • A part of the global technology team, responsible for a global roll-out and support of Oracle FI/EM in Cloud across the PwC network worldwide,
  • Developing high expertise level in resolving challenging functional and technical issues with a focus on financial modules of the application,
  • Handling tasks including problem resolution, request fulfillment, configuration changes, supporting production documenting, and implementation support,
  • Providing day-to-day end-user second level support for global systems,
  • Troubleshoot issues and determine root causes of problems, the users are facing,
  • Resolve functional and/or technical problems, escalate and track problems appropriately,
  • Manage system configuration in accordance to corporate guidelines and policies,
  • Create and deliver appropriate documentation, training and communication around feature(s) and process changes.
     

Apply if you:

  • Are Master's Degree in Finance and Accounting or Information Systems or a related field,
  • Are experienced in work with ERP solutions,
  • Are experienced in business systems service delivery,
  • Have solid foundation in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field,
  • Demonstrate proficiency in information analysis and synthesis focused on resolution of complex problems,
  • Have excellent communication and influencing skills both within the business and IT communities,
  • Are able to work independently as well as part of a team,
  • Speak fluent English.
     

Nice to have:

  • Experience in Oracle ERP based solution (eBS and/or Fusion),
  • Experience in PL/SQL,
  • Knowledge of at least one of the tools (BI Publisher, Oracle Analytics, Oracle Data Integrator , Oracle ATP, Oracle Integration Cloud)
