We are looking for:
Junior Financial Operations Process Support
A part of the team responsible for providing operational support and superuser expertise to the internal PwC end-users of newly implemented financial/engagement management/risk systems across the PwC network in the EMEA region.
Your future role:
As a member of the team, you will be expected to:
- perform quality checks of data contained in systems - Replicon, SAP, Concur, Coupa,
- facilitate the onboarding of new solutions to the PwC end users,
- work closely with internal clients to fill the knowledge gap related to the new applications,
- provide day-to-day end-user support,
- create and deliver appropriate documentation, and communication to the end-users on how to use the system.
Apply if you:
- know English very well in both speaking and writing,
- have previous experience in working in the financial area (would be appreciated),
- have previous end user experience of Replicon, SAP FI, CO, Concur or any other ERP system (would be appreciated),
- understand the needs of the customer regardless of the geographical and cultural setup,
- show strong analytical mindset,
- enjoy gaining knowledge related to the new technologies and internal processes,
- are keen to develop and learn new skills,
- have great team working skills and a passion for delivering results,
- have very strong communication and interpersonal skills,
- are able to judge and manage priorities effectively and work to tight timelines,
- have university degree in Finance and Accounting, Information Systems or a related field.
