We’re seeking a future team member for the role of   Lead Analyst (Senior Associate) Product Management to join our Data and Analytics Product team. This role is in Wroclaw, Poland and operates with a hybrid work model.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Drive our connectivity capabilities to enable integration of BNYM and 3rd party vendor content to Data Vault.
  • Develop a client-focused, strategic approach to building product requirements across features and capabilities.
  • Build successful partnerships with asset servicing business teams, engineering, product, external vendors, and clients.
  • Identify and develop new opportunities through market research, client interviews solution design and process mapping.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or technology, or equivalent work experience required.  Advanced degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years with Investment Management data domains such as Securities, Accounting, Custody, Analytics, Transfer Agency, Performance and Reference data.
  • 3+ years in business and data analysis.
  • Intermediate SQL experience required. 
  • Experience with private markets or wealth management a plus.
  • Experience or familiarity with ETL/ELT, Kafka, Micro-services, or Snowflake is a plus. 
  • Product Management or product development experience a plus. 
  • Excellent analytical, conceptual, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
