We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Investor Services Operations to join our Global Transfer Agency Team. This role is located in Wroclaw, Poland – HYBRID. Job title in the contract: Senior Associate, Client Processing.

Transaction Processing Team is responsible for the completion of transactions, including but not limited to New Accounts, Redemptions, Transfers, Purchases and Maintenances.  Maintains quality and productivity and ensures customer satisfaction.

  In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Reviews trade requests for proper legal requirements prior to inputting the trades into the record keeping system. 
  • Responds to client inquiries, escalating non-standard issues timeline to Team Leads
  • Process various financial and non-financial requests within required timeliness
  • Performs a variety of moderately complex tasks including researching customer issues and working with client to resolve.
  •  Ensures compliance with applicable federal regulations, association guidelines and consumer regulations. 
  • Protects the privacy of the customer in maintaining customer confidentiality. 
  • Assists with developing and maintaining policies and procedures to ensure compliance and to monitor risk. 
  • Able to serve as a key contributor to the overall team. 
  • Ability to solve practical problems utilizing available resources and common sense approach.
  • May review and check work of other Transaction Processing Support staff and help resolve escalated issues
  • Supports and embrace company values.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • 4-5 years of work experience with at least of 1-2 years of team management; experience in Transfer Agency Operations preferred.    
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written or oral form.  
  • Must be detail oriented, organized, self-motivated and able to handle multiple priorities.  
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook  
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced business environment and process at a high level of accuracy. 
  • Must have excellent verbal skills and be able to handle oneself in a professional manner under stressful circumstances.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English is essential for this role.
