You will be responsible for:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations including requisitions
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring logistical details are well-executed
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls with professionalism
  • Car fleet management (approx. 5 cars)
  • Travel & Expenses arrangement for Head of BCOE
  • Facilitate communication between departments, promoting a collaborative work environment.
  • Provide administrative support to various teams, assisting in projects and initiatives
  • Tackle challenges head-on and find innovative solutions
  • Organize and maintain records, files, and documentation

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • Experience in administrative roles with a focus on communication is an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in office software ( Microsoft office)
  • Very good English
