Administration Specialist
You will be responsible for:
- Manage day-to-day office operations including requisitions
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring logistical details are well-executed
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls with professionalism
- Car fleet management (approx. 5 cars)
- Travel & Expenses arrangement for Head of BCOE
- Facilitate communication between departments, promoting a collaborative work environment.
- Provide administrative support to various teams, assisting in projects and initiatives
- Tackle challenges head-on and find innovative solutions
- Organize and maintain records, files, and documentation
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Experience in administrative roles with a focus on communication is an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in office software ( Microsoft office)
- Very good English
