We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Intermediate Representative to join our Contracts and Documents Management team. This role is located in Wroclaw, PL – HYBRID (minimum of three days per week in the office)

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Working in a team to deliver best possible client service related to analysing and maintaining client’s documents
  • Ensuring documents are uploaded correctly and match regulatory requirements in order to support the daily business responsibilities whilst minimising the potential risk and financial loss in the inherent process
  • Demonstrate understanding of the various regulations applicable to the role and the associated control framework to ensure ongoing adherence
  • Gathering experience of working in a front support role
  • Generating and providing information to questions from internal and external clients

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Fluent English spoken and written (min. B2 level)
  • Ability to perform to high level of accuracy with attention to detail
  • Effective organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to use initiative and ‘connect the dots’
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • IT skills including MS Excel
