The Job's Mission

The role of the I2C System Lead Associate Manager is to take a lead of various I2C and CMD projects starting from the implementation of the new ERP system in the region. This will require a strong focus on the technical aspect and partner to IT department to have a new system successfully implemented. The person in this position will need to have a good understanding of O2C processes together with technical skills which will allow to translate our requirements to other partners.

Key Activities & Accountabilities

The responsibilities of the I2C System Lead Associate Manager over projects includes but are not limited to the following:

  • Leading the ERP implementation project for I2C and CMD, including requirements gathering, system design, and system testing (UAT)
  • Train the operational teams and gather their feedback on how to use the new ERP
  • Drive other smaller projects from AR & CMD area related to systems and tools (i.e. AuditBoard)
  • Assist I2C and CMD teams with implementing process improvements and drives cross-departmental improvements
  • Drive process standardization initiatives within AR and CMD
  • Maintains and performs an effective system of Internal Controls (SOX) and admin the AuditBoard
  • Leads discussions and collaboration with relevant stakeholders and Local Finance Teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness of information

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor/HBO in Accounting or equivalent certification
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in AR/O2C/I2C
  • Experience in ERP systems and ERP implementations (i.e. JDE / Oracle)
  • Project management knowledge or experience is required
  • Communication, be able to effectively interact with all levels within the company
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Energetic, flexible, collaborative and proactive
  • Accustomed to work on dynamic, fast paced environment
  • Team Player
  • Shared Service experience is preferred
  • Strong excel skills
  • Familiar with Sarbanes Oxley Act and/or other internal control concepts, knowledge of US GAAP would be an advantage
  • Leadership capabilities to drive a change
