Our Requirements:

•  SAP S4 Hana practical knowledge is a must
• Valid experience  in L&D – designing and developing engaging learning solutions
• Experience in leading learning projects, project management  and content development, learning technologies and platforms as a plus
• Hands-on experience in authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Vyond, and Adobe Captivate as a plus
• eLearning content, LMS, LXP, Learning design, and delivery  as a plus
• BA/MA degree
• Fluent English

Your future tasks:

• Utilize advanced instructional models and adult learning methods to design learning experiences that promote practice, retention, and application of new skills and knowledge 
• Design curricula for face-to-face and virtual learning sessions using creative, innovative, and evidence-based approaches 
• Lead needs analysis and requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders 
• Develop concept notes, detailed design documents, and storyboards for e-learning modules and simulations for SAP/ S4 platform 
• Writes concise, creative, and effective instruction, review design documents, storyboards, builds developed by peers / junior IDs 
• Develop and guide the creation of blended-learning courses and speak knowledgeably with clients about the value of blended learning 
• Manage the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of continuous learning solutions for multiple complex learning projects
