Our Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of practical project experience in the field of HR transformation in at least one of the following industries: Insurance, Consumer Goods & Retail, Manufacturing, and Life Science
  • Practical experience in (partial) project management in the HR environment, with extensive experience in HR process design, optimization, and transformation
  • Rational thinking and ease of combining technological understanding, strategic evaluation, and implementation work i.e., efficient linking of processes between business, strategy, HR and IT
  • Proven ability to lead change initiatives and effectively manage projects with exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Fluent English; German or French skills (C1 level) as a plus
  • BA/MA degree in the field of Economics, Social Sciences, or Human Resources

Your future tasks:

  • Leading and advising on the design, development, and optimization of HR processes and systems within an organization
  • In-depth analysis of HR practices, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, compliance, and overall HR performance
  • Collaborates with HR teams and key stakeholders to streamline processes, align with organizational goals, and drive positive change
  • Process Assessment, design, technology integration, change management, compliance and risk management, stakeholder collaboration, performance metrics, data and industry trends analyst are the parts of this role
