Key Activities & Accountabilities

The responsibilities of the I2P System Lead Associate Manager over projects includes but are not limited to the following:

• Leading the ERP implementation project for I2P and VMD, including requirements gathering, system design, and system testing (UAT)
• Train the operational teams and gather their feedback on how to use the new ERP
• Drive other smaller projects from AP & VMD area related to systems and tools, in the area of banking, AP workflow, and other
• Assist I2P and VMD teams with implementing process improvements and drives cross-departmental improvements
• Drive process standardization initiatives within AP and VMD
• Maintains and performs an effective system of Internal Controls (SOX) and admin the relevant tools
• Leads discussions and collaboration with relevant stakeholders and Local Finance Teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness of information

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor in Accounting or equivalent certification
• Minimum 4 years of experience in AP/P2P/I2P
• Experience in ERP systems and ERP implementations (i.e. JDE / Oracle)
• Project management knowledge or experience is required
• Communication, be able to effectively interact with all levels within the company
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Energetic, flexible, collaborative and proactive
• Accustomed to work on dynamic, fast paced environment
• Team Player
• Shared Service experience is preferred
• Strong excel skills
• Familiar with Sarbanes Oxley Act and/or other internal control concepts, knowledge of US GAAP would be an advantage
• Leadership capabilities to drive a change
