What you will do:
- Manage Purchase Requisitions.
- Perform quality checks to ensure completeness, accuracy and compliance are in line with the defined procedures and policies.
- Manage purchase orders and resolve invoice mismatch issues.
- Based on predefined buying channel rules, validate vendor master data creation and change requests requested by the business.
- Manage ongoing communication with internal and external Client in both Italian and English language.
- Assisting in resolving requestersand#39; issues related to procurement process.
What do we expect:
- Full-time availability.
- Knowledge of Italian and English languages (min. B2 level in both is required).
- High accuracy and focus on details.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Effective communication written and oral.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility, especially in the period of year end closing.
- Ability to work analytically in a problem solving environment.
- Organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Polish language is nice to have.
