We’re seeking a future team member for the role Associate, Client Processing Representative I to join our Trade Finance Team. This role is located in Wrocław (Hybrid module).

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Handling the processing and documentation of Trade Finance transactions, including letters of credit, trade loans, guarantees and other related trade products in accordance with established bank policies and procedures.
  • Providing efficient and timely customer service to the clients and correspondent banks by responding to inquiries, clarifying trade finance processes, and resolving customer issues and concerns related to trade finance transactions.
  • Maintaining accurate and organized records of trade finance transactions.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, such as relationship managers, sales team, and operations teams, to unsure smooth execution of trade finance transactions and meet customer expectations.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • bachelor’s degree or related business experience
  • strong communication skills (Oral/Written)
  • good analytical and organizational skills
  • excellent interpersonal and team work skills
  • ability to work extremely well under pressure to meet deadlines 
  • knowledge of basic principles of accounting, (understanding of debits and credits)
  • must possess an attention to detail and be able to handle multiple issues simultaneously 
  • experience in establishing and working with procedures
  • proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Internet, email
