ArcelorMittal Business Center of Excellence is looking for a Candidate for a position of
Treasury & Intrastat Specialist with Czech
Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and report data on the movement of goods between member states of the European Union, focusing on Czech-speaking regions.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of data submitted for Intrastat declarations, resolving any discrepancies or errors.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations and guidelines pertaining to Intrastat reporting in Czech-speaking territories, ensuring adherence to all legal requirements.
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing guidance and support on Intrastat-related matters as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to Intrastat transactions and reporting activities.
- Handle the processing of payments, including verifying invoices, preparing payment batches, validation and executing payments.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Czech language (written and spoken) is essential.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications, including MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
