Treasury & Intrastat Specialist with Czech

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and report data on the movement of goods between member states of the European Union, focusing on Czech-speaking regions.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of data submitted for Intrastat declarations, resolving any discrepancies or errors.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations and guidelines pertaining to Intrastat reporting in Czech-speaking territories, ensuring adherence to all legal requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing guidance and support on Intrastat-related matters as needed.
  •  Maintain accurate records and documentation related to Intrastat transactions and reporting activities.
  • Handle the processing of payments, including verifying invoices, preparing payment batches, validation and executing payments.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Czech language (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications, including MS Excel and ERP systems.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
