We are looking for:

IT Services Platform Configuration Management Lead


The Operations Team is responsible for serving as a strategic business partners across IT and other functional units as well as the lines of service. The primary focus of this team is to identify trends in performance of qualitative and quantitative data related to IT Operations and propose innovative solutions/services to IT leadership and business stakeholders.

 

Your future role:

  • Architect, design, and implement the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) framework and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) solutions,
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications for CSDM/CMDB implementation,
  • Help develop and maintain CSDM/CMDB policies, processes, and procedures to enable efficient management of the IT infrastructure, applications, and services,
  • Provide guidance and support to the IT team on CSDM/CMDB-related issues and inquiries,
  • Continuously evaluate and improve CSDM/CMDB processes to optimize IT service management and enable effective decision-making,

 

Apply if you have:

  • Proven experience as a CSDM/CMDB Architect or similar role,
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow CSDM/CMDB frameworks and tools,
  • Strong knowledge of IT service management principles (ITIL) and IT infrastructure,
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams,
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment,
  • Knowledgeable of industry and architecture frameworks (ITIL / IS020000, IT4IT, and EIA-649) preferred,
  • Creating architecture models to reflect the organization’s strategies and goals and creating and implementing business visions and goals,
  • Contributing to mature and robust configuration management plan, procedures and standards,
  • Developing and delivering impactful presentations and written communications.
