We are looking for:

ITOM ServiceNow Product Manager
 

The Operations Team is responsible for serving as a strategic business partners across IT and other functional units as well as the lines of service. The primary focus of this team is to identify trends in performance of qualitative and quantitative data related to IT Operations and propose innovative solutions/services to IT leadership and business stakeholders.
 

Your future role:

• Helping to execute on PwC strategies; including driving service maturity efforts promoting value, stakeholder management, driving adoption and onboarding, implementing service and process enhancements,
• Supporting stakeholders and customers through product releases and platform upgrades,
• Developing and sustaining effective business relationships at all levels of the firm and across territories; coordinating and collaborating with a diverse global team to achieve outcomes,
• Aligning with product support including knowledge sharing and maturation of product support model,
• Collaborating with external partners, third party suppliers, and internal teams as needed to properly develop and maintain owned product(s),
• Driving alignment to established technology standards, practices and processes,
• Driving continuous improvement and identifying best practices methodologies by conducting business performance analysis against targeted function measures.
   

Apply if you have:

• Extensive product knowledge for all ITOM products, including ServiceNow Discovery, ServiceNow Integration Hub ETL and Service Graph Connectors, Cloud provisioning and governance, Service Mapping, Monitoring, Event Management, and any related tools,
• Exhibiting senior level communications and senior leader engagement experience, negotiation skills, and the ability to communicate with impact and confidence,
• Exhibiting experience with ServiceNow Platform Implementation,
• Ability to resolve conflicts constructively,
• Knowledge how to use analytics tools to identify opportunities to improve service performance, customer experience and communicate product value.
