About the role:

In this role you will be responsible for leveraging deep HR expertise to represent, consult, and refine core HR Learning operations. This role plays an essential part in defining, monitoring, and transforming global end-to-end HR processes, while ensuring controls / risks are not compromised.  Strong thought leadership is also required to facilitate design, governance and organization.

Our Requirements:

  • Valid experience of 10-16 years in HR/L&D - managing and working Talent Management and Learning initiatives.
  • Experience in leading Learning and HR transformation processes.
  • Experience in Learning technology, SAP, HCM, Case management tool, eLearning content, LMS, LXP, Learning design, and delivery.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Stakeholder & project management skills.

Your future tasks:

  • You will be recognised thought leader who creates a business platform to deliver next-gen innovative services that align to client needs.
  • Leverage own process / domain knowledge to lead the development and evolution of products and services.
  • Define best practice and provide guidance and direction to operational teams in process implementation.
  • Define and communicate a clear vision and strategy for end-to-end process across the operating model.
  • Develop and translate strategy into overall process key deliverables, operational goals, objectives, and process roadmap.
  • Drive KPI and SLA baseline and metrics.
  • Develop and operationalize applicable reporting and analytics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of end-to-end process.
  • Drive continuous improvement and automation of the HR process.
  • Build business cases to quantify the cost and value of process opportunities and advocate for funding as necessary.
  • Identify gaps between the global and regional process with a clear plan to close the gaps while giving provisions for legal and regulatory allowed variances.
  • Make key decisions aligned with the HR strategy related to the process, including target setting, process performance, and financial management.
