Your future tasks:

• Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead, coordinate, and manage change management activities.
• Communicate change plans effectively to stakeholders.
• Provide expert advice and support on organizational changes.
• Monitor impact and evaluate success of change initiatives.
• Oversee department budgets and provide leadership to subordinates.

Our Requirements:

• At least 5 years proven experience in leading and implementing change management initiatives.
• Strong understanding of change theory and organizational development.
• At least 1 year in using Jira, Confluence.
• Fluent English, other languages are a plus. 
• Proficiency in stakeholder management at various levels.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for complex issues.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of risk mitigation tactics and change management software.
• Effective communication of technical information to non-technical staff.
• Efficient leadership competencies to drive change effectively.
• Familiarity with business management principles and systems.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
