Your future tasks:

• Defining change management/digital transformation/digital adoption approach and solutions to be used, based on the business strategy and project scope
• Supporting project management and client stakeholders (up to C-level) in change management/digital transformation/digital adoption, to accelerate business development and project execution, in line with the business strategy and project scope
• Close cooperation with other project teams and with the client during both preparation and execution part of the project
• Leading change management/digital transformation/digital adoption projects (depending on the project)
• Occasional travel may be required (depending on the project)

Our Requirements:

• Experience as a change/project manager who has extensive experience implementing change management/digital transformation/digital adoption with a project-mindset
• Experience in solving business change problems with organizational, operational and technology changes, with track record of successful implementation to time, cost and quality
• Experience developing and delivering business change strategies/plans, using change impact assessment or other change management techniques, with track record of achieving benefits realization
• Leading change management/digital transformation/digital adoption projects (e.g SAP S/4Hana implementation, IT/Cloud transformation,etc.)
• Line management of change management/digital transformation/digital teams is a plus
• Degree in economy, management, engineering or computer science is a plus
• Fluent English, both spoken and written; other language is a plus (French, German)
