We’re looking for candidates with a financial background to join our billing department team. In this role, you’ll prepare, execute and monitor automated and manual billing processes for Amadeus markets and apply new requirements. You’ll also identify, analyze and solve problems. You’ll be working with local customers, business partners and other business units across Europe as well as the central billing teams.

In this role you’ll:

• Define, review and validate requirements for billing.
• Ensure proper billing set-up.
• Control and monitor billing of Amadeus Services & Consulting in order to ensure correct billing or crediting to Amadeus customers.
• Define, review and validate requirements for reporting.
• Produce billing reports monitoring to provide revenue visibility to the Sales, Product or Programme Management people.
• Identify invoicing deviations (discounts, waivers, contractual status...) and obtain proper level of approval
• Ensure proper revenue recognition adjustments by applying IFRS (Deferred -Revenue, IFRIC 18, Accruals).
• Respond to clients’ ad-hoc requests regarding billing or revenue management.

About the ideal candidate

• Background in Accounting & Finance and/or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
• An experience in financial departments (AR, AP, GL…etc)
• Fluent English
• Ambition and willingness to learn
• Very good communication skills
• Team-player attitude
