About the project:

The Telecom Solutions Architect will play a pivotal role in supporting sales efforts, providing technical guidance, and establishing training centers to empower teams with the necessary skills and knowledge. This role will involve designing and architecting telecom solutions, particularly in the realm of cloud-based deployments, with a focus on AWS infrastructure.

Your future tasks:

• Design and architect telecom solutions leveraging 3GPP, 4G, and 5G standards, with a focus on RAN architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient solutions.
• Lead the design and implementation of telecom solutions on cloud platforms, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Provide technical support during sales meetings, offering expertise and guidance to address customer needs and challenges.
• Establish and maintain training centers to educate internal teams and customers on telecom solutions, cloud deployments, and containerization technologies.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in telecom, cloud computing, and containerization, and provide recommendations for adoption.
• Develop architectural standards, best practices, and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
• Work closely with product management teams to define roadmap priorities based on customer requirements and market trends.

Our Requirements:

• Extensive experience in telecom solutions architecture, with a focus on 3GPP, 4G, and 5G technologies.
• Experience in low-level software development, current or previous.
• Proficiency in RAN architectures and protocols, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing telecom networks.
• Strong expertise in cloud computing, preferably AWS (Azure/GCP/OpenStack), with experience in architecting and deploying telecom solutions on cloud platforms
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker and Kubernetes), virtualization, and their application in telecom deployments.
• Solid understanding of Linux operating systems and shell scripting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
• Proven track record of leading architectural design efforts and driving successful implementations.
