About the client:

Hundreds of thousands of customers rely on our client application to manage their customer and vendor electronic payment process. As a Business Analyst for Payments project, you’ll be responsible for helping extend the payment process in United States and global markets our client operates in.  You’ll research, prioritize, design and help build the project payment solution to serve both domestic and global customers.

Your future tasks:

• Successful develop, delivery, and maintain high quality software
• Resolve defects/bugs during QA testing, pre-production, production, and post-release patches
• Partner effectively with all team members to deliver against commitments
• Work cross-functionally with various client teams: product management, QA, various product lines, or business units to drive forward results
• Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle
• Maintain relevant documentation to describe logic, coding/configuration, testing and changes where applicable
• Ensure all tasks are completed to the required quality standards
• Suggest technical and functional improvements to add value to the product

Our Requirements:

• Degree in computer science, accounting, finance, or related fields
• 3+ years of commercial experience as BA
• Hands on experience in product management
• Understanding of current payment methods and trends
• Significant experience with project leadership and project management with a track-record of managing successful delivery
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership skills working with people from different departments together toward a common objective
• Work with remote teams

Nice to have:

• Direct experience in past employment positions as a Product Manager or Business Analyst of a SaaS (software as a service) type application/solution
