Your responsibilities

• Supporting customers and dealers to ensure DTFS performance and Customer /Dealer service with satisfaction
• System side processing and support of incoming leasing and financing incl uding service leasing contracts for customers
• Supporting all requests from F&I managers or sales staff to enter credit applications correctly
• Independently manage the credit approval process for retail customers with the aim of making a decission or vote taking into account creditworthiness and risk
• Be responsible for direct customer contact by telephone
• Working with Miles system

Our requirements

• Have bank specific training and further education or a degree in economics
• Have at least 1 year of professional experience in the field of financing/leasing
• Have an exceptional diligence, ability to work in a team co operate, high flexibility and ability to work under pressure
• Have analysis problem solving skills
• Are fluent in English and Polish and able to communicate between different stakeholders, markets and across multiple levels
